We are here to help you
Our goal is to provide you with information so you may make a decision on the best solution to resolve your delinquent debts. If you do not see a solution, please call our office so we may help you personally.
We understand some individuals prefer to receive information on line rather than talk to a representative on the telephone. Our representatives are available to help you and explain the policies of our clients.
Why do I have contract termination and or equipment charges?
Typically, service agreements or contracts have a time commitment in which you agreed to remain with the service for a specified period. And, you agree to use or rent the equipment. If you left or changed services, you may be responsible for additional fees and or equipment charges if it was not returned. Please review your contract and we suggest you contact our office to determine what options are provided by your creditor to solve these issues.
Can I pay less than I owe to resolve this debt?
Typically, client policies determine what options are available to you in repaying your debt. Creditors may settle accounts for less than what is owed, however it is specific to the creditor policies. Settlements may include a reduction of a specific percentage based upon various factors such as age, balance or specific debt type.
We suggest you contact our office to determine what options are provided by your creditor. Please see the contact page for your most convenient method of communication preference.
